Krista Keeney graduated from Georgia State University in 1996 and began her career in real estate in 2006. Specializing in the luxury new construction residential market, Krista has fine tuned her knowledge base, having managed each phase of the construction, contract, and closing process for over two hundred million dollars in real estate closings. Interfacing between lenders, buyers, builders, city inspectors, private home inspectors, appraisers and closing attorneys, Krista has encountered and resolved a myriad of unforeseen things that have come up during the home buying process. With an effortless ability to mitigate issues that arise during the financing and closing process, Krista’s skill set proves invaluable to her builder, developer and buyer clients alike, and her specialty in working with sophisticated buyers makes her a trusted liaison. With an emphasis on organization, Krista manages and reports on all of her projects using clear and concise reporting metrics that enable her clients to effectively manage their construction and closing processes internally. Krista is an active member of North Metro Church and involved with an organization called “Cobb Moms Helping Cobb,” a Christian based network of women who assist non-profit agencies to better serve those who are victims of domestic violence or in need.
